The steps to improving mental wellbeing are:
– Connect (e.g. joining in activities with others)
– Keep learning (e.g. learning a musical instrument)
– Be active (e.g. do something that get you moving)
– Give to others (e.g. check up on a friend going through a hard time)
– Take notice (e.g. focus on a specific activity without distractions)
