Can I reschedule an appointment if I need to?

Please give us 48 hours notice if possible of any cancellations or rescheduling. We do accept exceptional circumstances.

I’ve seen your packages but I’m not sure if I’d want to book more or less sessions than listed.

Please contact us for the free 20 min taster and we can talk through and tailor the service to meet your needs.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my package during the contract?

Of course we will adapt to meet your individual needs, however we do request one months notice. We will work with you to make whatever changes you need.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Pay pal or direct debit payments for membership services.

I’m interested, what do you need from me to get started?

We just need you to contact us and book your free session

How does online support work?

Online support works extremely well in the same way that face to face support works but with the advantage of having the flexibility to be anywhere in the world. We mainly use Skype for appointments so it’s almost as good as being in the same room together, but with added convenience.

Can I hear from someone who has done this before?

How do I know my information and conversations are secure and confidential?

All our work is totally confidential at the start of the process we will agree and sign a coaching agreement with clear terms that we are both happy with.

Will Skype cost me anything to use?

No, there is no need to pay for a Skype account, this is all completely free. All you need is a computer, webcam access (built into most laptops and smart devices) and connection to the internet.

Will it be as effective as a conversation in person?

We have found the Skype appointment service to be equally effective as an appointment in-person with past and current clients. We use the industry standard WEMWBS scale to measure progress and have found that all clients have made positive improvements on the scale. We also follow NICE guidelines for mental health and wellbeing.

What about technical issues, like if I have a slow internet connection?

From time to time there may be issues, we have found this to be on the rare occasion this does happen it doesn’t affect the session we simply tag any interruption time onto the end of the session or we will happily reschedule.

Do you do sessions over the phone or by live chat instead?

Of course we are flexible and will meet individual requirements and tailor a unique package to meet your needs.

Why is it important that we use video rather than a call over Skype?

We can do Skype calls if that is your preference however we have found that to have visual interaction helps in the coaching process.

Who is this suitable for or not suitable for?

The service is suitable for all – we have clients from 15 to 55.
